Returns & Shipping Policy

Shipping
All orders ship from Hudsonville, Michigan via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery times vary by the USPS service selected at checkout.
- We ship to addresses within the United States only at this time.
- A tracking number will be provided once your shipping label is created.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or other events outside our control.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Books must be in original, unread condition with no visible signs of use.
- To initiate a return, email sprinsauthor@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Items returned without prior authorization, or that arrive in unsellable condition, may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different edition, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your book arrives damaged or defective, email sprinsauthor@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost — no return required.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges will apply.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and any safe-drop locations. If the package cannot be located, email us at sprinsauthor@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will open an inquiry with USPS on your behalf.
Gifts
If you received a book as a gift and need to initiate a return, please email us with the order number or the name of the person who placed the order. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method.
