• Reviews: Your display name, email address, and review text. Your email address is never displayed publicly.
• Contact form: Your name, email address, and message, forwarded to us via Resend.
• Address autocomplete: Partial address text typed during checkout is sent to Geoapify to generate suggestions. This is anonymous and not linked to your identity.

How We Use Your Information

• To process, fulfill, and ship your order.
• To contact you about your order if needed.
• To respond to your questions and messages.
• To display your submitted review on the website (name only).
• We do not send marketing emails and do not use your information for advertising or profiling.

Order records are retained as required to fulfill your order and comply with applicable tax and accounting laws. Review data is retained until you request deletion. Contact form messages are stored in our email inbox and deleted at our discretion.
